Camera login rejected
A contacted endpoint can still refuse a video request. A rejected account and an account without video permission can need different corrections.
The device first answers the connection request. It then checks access to the video. If it allows access, test the video. If it refuses access, confirm the account and viewing permission.
Read the measured result

Do not claim the password is wrong from every denied request. Do not repeat a failed account attempt until its owner has confirmed a correction. Do not try default passwords or cycle accounts.
Confirm the correct account
Use the account for the device serving the endpoint. A recorder account may differ from a camera account. A cloud-app account may differ from a local viewing account.
Prefer an approved viewing account. Diagnosis does not require permission to change camera settings. If the equipment requires a separate RTSP enablement or user permission, the owner should verify it against the exact model’s official guide.
Enter credentials through Glassknock’s local input. Keep them out of the agent conversation and shared reports. An agent can explain the result without knowing the password.
Correct and repeat
After the owner confirms or repairs the access configuration, repeat the same test. Passing access alone does not prove useful video. Review the media and reception checks too.
Report what the endpoint rejected, what the owner confirmed, and what the repeat test observed. Keep uncertain causes explicit.
